The intense solar radiation and the lack of rain concentrated flavors and sugars in the grapes. What is critical, however, is the great thermal amplitude<\/strong> (temperature difference between the hot day and cold night). This breadth allows the grapes to develop the acidity needed to balance the sweetness, resulting in wines fresh and complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Our soils, rich in alluvial sediments (deposited by the river Ica), offer a perfect drainage and a minerality subtle. The irrigation controlled and strategic ensures that the vines receive only what is needed, forcing the grapes to deepen their roots and capture the unique character of the land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In the Pampas of Ica, we are proud to work with varieties that have defined the wine history of the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is the grape is not aromatic par excellence for the production of Pisco, and the base of many of our wines.
